Day 3 into the New Year and, regardless of how many New Year changes you have already implemented, new year resolutions you have kicked off (or in) or small changes you plan to make (or not), I want to encourage you to to add an extra activity of self-care into TODAY.
It doesn’t have to take much effort... here are a few simple ideas:
1. When you finish reading this stop for a few moments and practice some concious breathing. In for 5 out for 10.
2. Turn on your Postive or Peaceful Playlist
3. Aim to drink at least 2 litres of water
4. Phone one of your postive people for a chat
5. Use some essential oils in the shower / bath
6. Read a few pages of your favourite self-development book
7. Practice Gratitude - say out loud 3 things you are grateful for right now... and continue to do so throughout the day
8. Listen to a Guided Meditation
9. Take a walk in the crisp fresh air
10. Watch something that will make you laugh (or cry if you need a release)
Remember to do something for YOU every day ❤️
