FRIDAY FEELS LIKE… GETTING OUT IN NATURE
Many scientific studies have proven (just Google it) that spending just 5 minutes in nature (they do say the greener the better) boosts your mood… and spending over 15 minutes can boost your overall well-being.
If you are feeling anxious, stressed, brain foggy, overwhelmed or need some help boosting your mood today then go spend some time in nature. Let it work it’s magic on you.
Yesterday I was on an emotional rollercoaster for a number of reasons, including an incident that happened on the beach, the day before, that could have blinded my 4YO (she is now absolutely fine). I was feeling apprehensive about going back down there with the kids on my own, my ego sending a million irrational “what ifs” to me that nearly prevented us from going. Yet I knew deep down (that’s my soul talking) that as soon as my toes hit that sand and my feet were dipped in the sea that service would be restored. It sure was.
So today… go restore your service… nature is waiting to help you ❤️
