FRIDAY FEELS LIKE CELEBRATING YOUR WINS

Right now many of us feel like we are walking through treacle... or is it quicksand?! I shared earlier this week I am finding this lockdown tougher than any of the others. When things seem or are tough we can often focus on the things we are not doing, the things we haven’t done and this can lead to self sabotage and beating ourselves up.

So today I want to encourage you to avoid that and to focus on YOUR WINS THIS WEEK.

Regardless of what you think there will be some...

Here are 3 of mine...

💫 I have not drank alcohol for another 5 days (no matter how tempting it was during Maths at 10:30am 😅)

💫 I set some new boundaries with myself (especially around trying to work whilst home-schooling) and they have made a positive difference to the household... I’ve still got work done and we’ve still got schooling done just not as much or at the same time 😅

💫 I did a talk for the Sils Sirens (Rugby team) last night and already had feedback it has helped some of the ladies on the team... the connection was also good for me💥
