Today I had the most wonderful gift in my 40for40 countdown calendar... and it’s a gift that keeps on giving. I keep finding lots of Thank You notes around the house. I actually woke up feeling a little anxious and grumpy today, I can tell my B12 injection is due and my hormones are raging. So this instantly flipped my mood and really helped put a smile on my face! This is great if you live with someone and costs nothing... and if you live alone you could send some virtual Thank You notes to your loved ones, or if you know someone who is alone right now and could do with a lift why not send them a few...
