I first discovered Reiki in 2014 during my third trimester of pregnancy with my wonderful son. Dealing with back and hip pain, along with exhaustion from sleepless nights, I found Reiki incredibly effective both physically and emotionally. Since then, Reiki has remained a cornerstone of my well-being, particularly throughout the highs and lows of motherhood and Inspired by its profound impact on my life, I became a certified CNHC Reiki Practitioner in 2018 following the birth of my beautiful daughter, specialising in Usui Reiki.

In 2021, I advanced to Reiki Master level, and in 2022, I achieved certification as a Reiki Master Teacher. Being CNHC certified means that as a practitioner I have met the standards set by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. The CNHC is supported by the Department of Health and Social Care and aims to ensure that registered practitioners meet national standards of competence and conduct in their practice. To achieve CNHC certification, I have demonstrated that I meet the required standards of education, training, and professional conduct specific to Reiki therapy.
