PLEASE ASK FOR HELP...


Following the Talking Tools blog yesterday about my current mental health a good friend reached out to me to check I was ok and also opened up to me.

This is my WHY... This is WHY I am not ashamed to be open and talk about my mental health and the experiences I have had. This is WHY I will continue to share My Wellness Toolbox (even on the bad days).

When you talk it may not only help you, it may help others and may even help the person you are reaching out to. My friends honesty today helped me so much and reminded me of my WHY.

So please, I urge you, if you are struggling with your mental health in any way, regardless how big or small you think it is, please reach out to someone and talk or ask for help, it really can make a difference and you don’t have to suffer in silence. You are not alone xx
