This is the ultimate physical and emotional healing package that I offer for your mind, body and soul.  12 x one to one Wellness Coaching sessions combined with Distance Reiki Therapy, Crystal Healing and a number of other holistic tools. I will support you as you transition and transform through your healing journey (over a 6-12 month period). I will also be available to offer support and guidance between each session via text. Online only. This is a bespoke package designed for your specific needs.
