This is a one-off session that will help you understand the concept of My Wellness Toolbox, where you will discover Your Wellness Toolbox and the right tools for You and your well-being. Sessions will be designed for your needs. 

This is a 121 online session with me (approx 60 mins). During Your session you can also pick my brain on anything My Wellness Toolbox related. Longer sessions can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
